Shipping Policy

Comm’s Place Café (Cottage Food)

At this time, our baked goods are made under Florida Cottage Food Law and can only be sold within Florida. We do not ship perishable food items. Local pickup and pre-arranged local delivery are available at select markets and events.

Please Note:

• We do not offer nationwide or international shipping for food

• All food sales are final once picked up or delivered

• Please store items properly after pickup, as we are not liable for spoilage due to mishandling

Shippable Items (Merch, Supplies, and Design Products)

We offer standard U.S. shipping for non-perishable items like merchandise, supplies, or digital products with physical components (e.g. USB drives, printed materials).

Shipping Times:

• Orders are processed within 2–4 business days

• Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS

• You will receive tracking info once your order has shipped

Shipping Costs:

• Calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination

• Free shipping may be offered on select promotions or items

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your item is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cafe@commscreate.com (for café orders) or designs@commscreate.com (for merch or design-related items). Include your order number and any photos or details needed to investigate.
